1. Service Description LolBypass is an e-commerce platform that offers the online sale of license keys for digital game utilities. The products sold are digital license codes.

2. Membership - You must be at least 18 years old. - You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. - You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password with anyone. - One account is created per user.

3. Order and Payment - All payments are securely processed via Stripe. - Order confirmation is issued after a successful payment. - Prices are in EUR; VAT is included (where applicable).

4. Digital Product Delivery - Your license key will be delivered instantly to your account and email address after payment confirmation. - Delivery takes 1–3 minutes; in very rare cases, it may take up to 1 hour. - Once the key has been delivered, it is considered a “consumed digital product,” and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

5. Prohibited Use The following are not permitted: - Unauthorized sale, distribution, or sharing of the key - Use of a single purchase across multiple accounts - Automated purchasing (bots) - Reverse engineering of the site or attacks on its infrastructure - Placing fake orders, fraud, or chargeback abuse

6. Disclaimer Services are provided “as is.” LolBypass is not responsible for changes made by third-party game publishers to their websites or for account bans imposed by them.

7. Intellectual Property The site’s content, logo, and trademarks are the property of LolBypass. Third-party game logos are used solely for illustrative purposes; all rights belong to their respective owners.

8. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice in the event of a violation of these terms.

9. Changes We may update these terms. Account holders will be notified via email of any significant changes.

10. Jurisdiction The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement. For consumer disputes, you may file a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Boards.
