1. General Principle
Products sold on LolBypass are digital licenses/access and become usable upon delivery; therefore delivered products are, as a rule, non-refundable.
2. Refund Review
If the product does not work, the wrong key was delivered or you were charged twice, open a request under My Account → Refund Request. Requests are reviewed by an administrator.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited to your LolBypass site balance, not to your card or crypto wallet. The balance can be used for any product on the site.
4. Timed Products
For timed licenses (daily/weekly/monthly) no refund is made for the unused part once the period has started.
5. Abuse
False refund claims or chargeback attempts result in account termination and cancellation of licenses.
