In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the following information for the purpose of entering into a distance contract.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION The products listed in your order summary are digital license keys. The key provides access to a third-party game assistant software. Access is valid for 1 to 30 days, depending on your selection.

3. PRICE The prices listed in your order summary are in EUR and include VAT. There are no shipping or processing fees.

4. PAYMENT All payments are processed through the Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer (if applicable).

5. DELIVERY - Delivery is digital (email + customer dashboard). - Instant delivery — within 1–3 minutes after payment confirmation.

6. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to “services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.” The right of withdrawal is forfeited once the license key is delivered to you.

7. COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS You may submit your complaints to [email protected]. In cases where a resolution cannot be reached, you have the right to appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts.

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES For disputes within the monetary limit set by the Consumer Arbitration Board, the Consumer Arbitration Boards are the competent judicial authority; for amounts exceeding this limit, the Consumer Courts are the competent authority.

9. ACCEPTANCE Checking the box that states, “I have read the ‘Pre-Contract Information Form’ and acknowledge that I do not have the right of withdrawal after the digital product has been delivered,” constitutes your acceptance of this form.
