Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. PARTIES

SELLER: LolBypass Website: https://lolbypass.com Email: [email protected] [Company name, address, MERSIS number, and tax ID are configured via the admin panel]

BUYER: The name, email address, and billing information you provided during the order process.

2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations regarding the electronic delivery of the digital license key offered by the SELLER to the BUYER.

3. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION The product name, type, duration, and price are listed in the order summary and in your order confirmation email. The total amount includes VAT.

4. PAYMENT METHOD All payments are processed instantly via Stripe Inc. The SELLER does not store any card information.

5. DELIVERY - Delivery method: digital delivery (email + customer dashboard) - Delivery time: 1–3 minutes after payment confirmation - The license key is delivered to the email address provided by the BUYER and to the “My Licenses” section on the website.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for “contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.” The BUYER is deemed to have accepted this condition via the Pre-Contract Information Form prior to placing the order.

7. REFUNDS FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES Although there is no right of withdrawal, the BUYER may request a full or partial refund in the following cases: - If the key is invalid or has been used (technical error) - Delivery of the wrong product due to a system error - Failure to deliver within 24 hours Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]. The SELLER will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. DISPUTES Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. For disputes below the monetary threshold, the BUYER must file a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Board in the BUYER’s place of residence or the SELLER’s place of business.

9. ACCEPTANCE The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this contract and the Pre-Contract Information Form during the payment process. Completion of the payment constitutes acceptance of this contract.
